CONVENTION CALL Arkansas Federation of Republican Women 2009 Biennial Convention

In accordance with AFRW Bylaws, Article VI, Section 1, this Convention Call is being sent to all members of the AFRW Board of Directors sixty (60) days prior to the Convention.
The convention will be a one-day event and will include Board of Directors meeting, luncheon and business session, and possibly other items of interest. This arrangement will keep the cost to a minimum and allow more members to attend.
A Silent Auction will be held as an AFRW fundraising event. AFRW President Anne Britton has requested that each club provide an item or nice basket with a value of at least $50 for the Silent Auction.
Registration Form, Delegate Certification Form, Agenda, directions, and other pertinent information, to follow.
The Nominating Committee has presented the following slate of candidates which includes a representative from each of the four districts:
